Tratado de Reconocimiento Mutuo con Aysellant

Se informa a los ciudadanos neoaltarianos y a la comunidad intermicronacional en general, que en el día de hoy la Comunidad Libre de Nueva Altaria y el Principado de Aysellant han firmado un tratado de Amistad y Reconocimiento Mutuo que servirá a la apertura de un canal de comunicación constante entre ambas micronaciones.

El texto original del documento es transcrito a continuación (en inglés):

Article 1. Both nations mutually recognize their existence as legitimate micronations, with full sovereignty and independence. 

Article 2. Both nations recognize and respect each other's symbols, institutions, territories and jurisdictions within the micronational scope. 

Article 3. Both nations express their will to carry on their diplomatic contacts, and further pursue friendly relations and mutual cooperation by keeping a permanent communication channel, as a means of developing and strengthening its citizenship and institutions and, therefore, the micronational world as a whole. 

Article 4. The contracting parties agree not to attack each other, and to maintain a constant state of peace, where the resolution of disputes that by chance might appear will be peaceful and diplomatic, showing their desire to preserve the bond between them. They also undertake to promote and maintain peace among the other micronations. 

Article 5. If at least one of the signatories micronations stays inactive for a period of three months, this document shall be deemed canceled. If a permanent inactivity is announced by one of the signatories micronations, this Agreement shall be canceled immediately.
